Spring EQ partners with two trusted loan services: Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing and Select Portfolio Servicing (SPS).
After your loan closes, one of these servicers will handle your account, including payment processing and statements.
To find out which servicer you’ve been assigned, please check your email for a message from Spring EQ with all the details you need to log in and manage your loan.
